Is this a sticker or a skin?

No the image is UV Printed onto the case and should not peel or fade.

What are your cases made out of?

We offer a variety of cases for different mobile devices. Our cases are made of quality polycarbonate plastic which make for a comfortable handling experience coupled with great protection.

What kind of ink are you using?

To ensure that we are producing quality prints, we use a special UV Hard ink which allows for the printing of images just like how they are designed, hence producing clear and desirable print outputs.

How do I attach the case?

Just place your device on top of the case normally volume buttons first and push down. The case will snap into place.

What are the file size requirements for uploading my own art or photo?

For a single image we recommend a minimum of 1600 x 1600 pixels on a smartphone and 2000 x 2000 for an iPad. We will let you know if the image will turn out poorly and ask for a different image.

Does this case offer good protection?

Our hard cases offer good protection against drops and scratches, for the screen we would recommend a screen protector.

Can I return or exchange a Custom or Personalised Case?

Unfortunately, because your Custom case design is unique, we can't offer returns or exchanges on them unless they are defective or arrive damaged in which case just send it back to us and we’ll provide a replacement and a refund of your postage immediately.

For our personalised cases if you are unhappy with the printed image please let us know and we will optimise the image in line with your comments and reprint the case for you. We want you to be happy with your order and will do our best to accommodate your request. Refunds or credit for personalised cases are done on a case by case basis at our own discretion.

Can I return or exchange a Collections pre-made case?

Yes we offer a 30 days return policy

    What kind of warranty is offered?

    All of our cases, including Custom and pre-designed cases, come with a 90 day limited warranty.

    How can I pay for my order?

    When you go through the checkout process, you can pay with Visa, Master Card, American Express or Paypal.

    Do you accept PayPal?

    Yes we do.

    When will my order be shipped?

    Our cases are manufactured to order normally within 24 hours, if next day delivery is picked on order before 1pm we manufacture the case the same day and post straight out.

    How can I check my order status?

    Login to your Account and click on the “Order History” tab to check on your order status.
